REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We hope you love your Daties! But if the Date went wrong, let us know…

If the item(s) in your order is damaged in transit or does not match the items you placed an order for, you may contact us at Info@datiesdates.com within 3 days after delivery and we will either issue a refund within 28 days with the terms and conditions below: 

1. If an item is subject to a replacement, a same item will be replaced with it. Under no circumstances will an item be replaced with a different item. 

2. If an item is damaged, photos must be provided and emailed to us within 3 days after delivery.

3. Packages are shipped to address noted on order and we are not responsible for lost or stolen orders. We are happy to provide our tracking number to help you resolve issue.

5. Due to nature of our product we do not accepts returns for open food packages.
